Use this sql script along with the DNN reports module to display resolved and in-flight support tickets for the Mandeeps Live helpdesk for a particular DNN role.
The reports module @userid variable is used to check if the current user is a customer and if so will display helpdesk issue status count for resolved and current issues.
Stats are displayed using the Mandeeps Porto skin counter shortcode with icons.
